60Hertz Maintenance Management Software

The 60Hertz team is phenomenal through all stages of the process, from pitch, contract, and most importantly support. They still have a small company with a personable culture, and I have always enjoyed interacting with them. The software itself is great and fits our niche needs like nothing else. The 60Hertz energy team is always ready and willing to help. Great for remote distributed assets in Alaska. Their tech support is fire, especially for such a low cost product. Not only did 60Hertz change the way we do maintenance (RIP spreadsheets and paper) but it changed the way we train our people and guide them through looking after our equipment.

The biggest advantage of 60Hertz has to be the accountability and data tracking. We can put all of the data on a graph, look at it over time, and hold people accountable for what’s been done wrong and what’s been done right. And even the less tech savvy are able to follow my reports.

Because we have a large number of people working for Daystar Power, sometimes we have the issue of reporting at the company. With 60Hertz, we have been able to keep track of the challenges. One thing I appreciate, since we already have all our files and feedback reports on the TRAK app, we can go back 2, 3, even 4 months to see what happened. We can look into the reports and pull out details and photos, even if it was some time ago.

We’ve built in safety checks prior to performing certain tasks which ensures that site technicians are able to safely execute allocated roles, negating the need to send skilled technicians from distant locations. This has saved on costs.Recurring jobs can be scheduled on the platform and technicians automatically notified when these jobs are ready and/or due. This has freed up time for senior technicians to attend to other matters. The ability of the technicians being able to work on their assigned roles from the mobile app while offline is a huge win.

60Hertz is a fabulous tool for managing all kinds of maintenance and inspection tasks on industrial equipment of all kinds. It's the right size for us. AssetWorks, Maximo, they're way too much product, too expensive, and too feature rich for us. Excel and Google Forms on the other hand... not easy/educational enough for our operators, and too much of a pain to maintain. 60Hz is easy, digestible, and cost effective. My group uses it every day.

This system not only saves me money, it makes me money. I want all Capstone dealers to use this platform.

The UI is really intuitive and stylish.
